Ordering Information
All orders must be pre-paid with a Credit Card or through secure paypal transfers.
Uniform Store For Police Fire & EMT will not ship COD.
All special orders must be pre-paid with a Credit Card and is not returnable.

Low Price Guarantee
We will match any nationally advertised competitor's advertised price on an identical item, or we will cheerfully refund the difference if the item was purchased from us within seven days of the competitor's ad. Ad errors, close-outs, and clearances are excluded. All Prices are Subject to Change.
 
Satisfaction Guarantee - Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in the original package with your receipt  and a Return Authorization Number within 30 days. We will gladly repair or replace the item. Product must be in new and resalable condition. Special orders close-outs, and items that are engraved or altered may not be returned. Shipping is not refundable.
 
Product Warranty / Guarantee
Most manufactures have a factory direct warranty. This means that if you have a problem with a product or the product is defective, you must call the manufacture. Uniform Store For Police Fire & EMT is often not permitted to diagnose a problem or determine if a products is under warranty.
Shipping Information
Shipping charges listed are for all orders within the continental United States (lower 48, not including Alaska or Hawaii). We send all orders UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or the USPS (Unites State Postal Service).
*If you live outside the continental United States, we will ship the products via UPS, AirMail, FedEx or as you specify. Additional Freight charges will apply based on weight and destination.

Please Note: Some items that are oversized and/or overweight do not fall under the "standard" shipping charges. All items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS at our discretion. Items that are backordered or require customization will require extra tome before shipment. Oversized or overweight items may or not be marked and you will be notified before the order is processed.
